We offer a wide range of shaft models, including solutions featuring expansion splines, keyways and friction ring systems. These can be manufactured from steel or aluminium, whilst the longitudinal expansion splines are available in a variety of materials depending on the customer’s specific application.

Technology for expandable shafts and constant tension systems
For standard diameters, we use extruded aluminium profiles that offer excellent value for money. We also manufacture shafts with individual clutches, the main advantage of which is the ability to work with multiple reels simultaneously whilst maintaining constant tension on each one.
We tailor our services entirely to each customer’s needs, designing and manufacturing bespoke shafts based on a drawing or even just an initial idea.
